A printing plant is only as good as the machines it uses. We work with Heidelberg and MAN Roland offset printing presses in various formats for up to 6-color printing. Our staff of 20 has 21 presses, one coating machine and a whole lot of potential at their disposal. Our own bookbinding and prepress department (including computer to plate image setters) guarantee seamless and reliable results.

And because we know precisely what our systems can and cannot do, you can trust our decisions – we guarantee we have the right solutions. Our data processors delve deep into the depths of binary cryptography to solve even the toughest problems. And the good thing about it is that we gladly share our knowledge so that modern publishing is that much easier for the both of us. Large format printing (LFP) and laminating machines enable you to put your presence into the spotlight. Speedy data transmission via the internet and DSL are naturally standard.

People are the key

Having modern equipment is fine and good, but you have to know how to work it to its fullest potential. That's why we use every opportunity to keep up with the state of the art and increasingly complex market demands by taking professional development courses, also inhouse. We are systematically and continually adding to our knowledge base. But that's not all; we believe it is important to pass this knowledge on to the next generation.

Bloch & Co has been educating apprentices – we have just taken on our eighth – since 1990, in X-Media since 2000. And because quality becomes anchored in the mind first, we have a total of three former apprentices, now journeymen, working for us as our most important "printing machines." Our team contains experienced enthusiasts and individualists!
